Applicable fees, commissions and third-party costs are disclosed before a paid engagement begins. Calculators and published examples are estimates. Availability, owner response, timing, price, appraisal outcome and transaction completion cannot be guaranteed.

4. Client Authority, Accuracy & Domain Rights

You are responsible for providing accurate information, having authority to act for the relevant party and assessing trademark, regulatory and intended-use implications. Domain Yurdu may decline instructions that appear unlawful, misleading or inconsistent with third-party rights.
