Terms of Service
1. Brokerage Representation Mandates
By submitting an inquiry or contract form on this website, you authorize Domain Yurdu to act as your brokerage agent for the specified digital asset. No representation is legally binding until a final written broker agreement is signed.
2. Commission & Appraisal Fees
Commissions are calculated as success fees (ranging from 6% to 12% for buy acquisitions and 9% to 15% for sell transactions). Domain appraisals require a flat prepay fee of $199 per generic asset. Success commissions are due immediately upon validation of domain transfer inside escrow.
3. Escrow Partner Dependency
All transactions are settled using licensed escrow agents, primarily Escrow.com. Clients are bound by the terms and service rules of Escrow.com throughout the funds hold and domain push phases.
4. Jurisdiction & Disputes
All regulatory matters, broker agreements, and client disputes are governed under the laws of the Republic of Turkey, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Execution Offices of Uskudar, Istanbul.
Privacy Policy
1. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality
Domain Yurdu enforces strict confidentiality. Startups, portfolios, and client records submitted to our desk are protected under strict internal non-disclosure standards. We never disclose the corporate identity of stealth buyers to sellers or public trackers.
2. Data Sourcing & Cookies
We monitor search behavior, IP addresses, and session cookies solely to optimize catalog navigation, filter selections, and prevent API request spam. No speculative visitor tracking logs are syndicated to advertising registries.
3. Web3Forms Communications
Client submission data is transmitted securely to our internal mail queue via Web3Forms API using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryptions. Corporate emails are retained strictly for client communication and transaction logging.
4. Registry Disclosures
Registrant contact details are collected only to facilitate transactions through third-party escrow partners and ICANN-accredited registrars.
